3 things that make a difference in the heat
- Start with fluids and salt – not just water
- Use light and fresh flavors
- Be consistent – not just when you're thirsty
When it's hot, we adjust both taste, quantity and timing.
We use
- Premium Endurance - 30 minutes before training
