Energy Gel C30 are effective – but only if you use them correctly.
Timing, quantity, and fluid play a bigger role than many people think.
Here's what we recommend!

When should you take a gel?
Start before you feel the need - for most people that means; first gel after 20–35 min, and then once every 25–30 min.
If you wait until you “run out of energy,” you’re already behind – especially on longer trips or in competition.

Would you like a drink?
Yes, that's a good idea.
A gel has a high concentration of carbohydrate and requires liquid to be absorbed most effectively.
We recommend 2–3 mouthfuls of pure water or mixed with Premium Endurance for each gel – both for stomach comfort and better absorption.

How many do you need?
It depends on duration and intensity.
A good rule of thumb is:
40-60 g carbohydrate per hour → corresponds to 2–3 gels per hour, depending on what you combine with (Premium Endurance, Fuel Bare, etc.)

Our recommendation:
- 1× gel 20-35 min inside
- 1× gel every 30 minutes after the first gel
- Liquid for each gel
- Supplement with Premium Endurance , which contains electrolytes or 3 forms of sugar.
