How do you balance life as a mother and a professional triathlete? We have the pleasure of speaking with Noutron athlete Katrine Græsbøll Christensen, who has quickly established herself as one of the best female triathletes at the Ironman distance. Hear about her background as an elite triathlete and how she found her way to triathlon at a late age, which was perhaps perfect timing in terms of keeping her motivation up.
We review Katrine's experience at the World Championships in Nice, where after four Ironmans this year she managed to make it into the top 20 at the distance. Although she may have squeezed the lemon a little too much this year, there was fortunately a lot of learning for next season.
Finally, we take a closer look at Katrine as a person: What does her training look like? What is her philosophy, and what are her focus points now after a few years of experience?
