Noutron Performance Podcast er stedet, hvor vi dykker ned i alle aspekter af, hvad performance er. Med den ene fod solidt plantet i akademikerverdenen, hvor Thien Vinh Luong til dagligt forsker som læge og ph.d. i kroppens energisystemer, og den anden fod i den virkelige sportsverden, hvor Mathias Sælgen har balanceret et liv som familiefar, elitecykelrytter og træner, vil vi kombinere teori og praksis for at opnå det, som Noutron er skabt til: at hjælpe atleter med at præstere bedre. Vi vil forsøge at aflive myter inden for sport og bringe essensen af, hvad der faktisk fungerer for at præstere bedre.
